💼 About The Role

We are looking for a Non-Technical Recruiter with strong APAC hiring experience to drive hiring across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Finance, HR, and other GTM roles. The ideal candidate understands the hiring landscape across multiple APAC geographies and can effectively engage talent across diverse markets.

🛠️ Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for non-technical and business functions across India and APAC regions.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Drive hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Finance, HR, and other business functions.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key APAC markets.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Lead offer negotiations and candidate closures across multiple APAC countries.
  • Monitor hiring metrics, pipeline health, and recruitment performance.
  • Stay updated on regional talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize hiring processes and improve recruitment outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Mandatory experience hiring across India and at least 3 APAC countries [eg, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Korea, China, etc].
  • Proven experience hiring for non-technical functions including GTM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Business roles.
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices, talent landscapes, and compensation structures across APAC markets.
  • Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across geographies and time zones.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in startup, AdTech, SaaS, MarTech, Gaming, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience supporting regional hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
