Business Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

✅ Analyze and document existing business processes across departments

✅ Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

✅ Design future-state workflows aligned with business objectives

✅ Support ERP, workflow automation, and AI implementation initiatives

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation

✅ Deliver user training, change management, and implementation support

✅ Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement

✅ Maintain process documentation and governance standards

What We're Looking For

✔ 5–10 years of overall experience (minimum 3 years in relevant domain)

✔ Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Warehousing

✔ Strong understanding of Business Process Mapping, Business Analysis, ERP Systems, and Workflow Automation

✔ Exposure to Digital Transformation and AI-enabled solutions

✔ Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Education
