Role Overview

The Associate Director – Business Analysis leads enterprise analytics and automation engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decisioning, process optimization, and digital transformation. The role blends strategic business analysis, advanced analytics, and team leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and analytics initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
• Advise senior clients on analytics strategy, operating models, and value realization
• Oversee delivery of data pipelines, reporting, automation, and decision-support solutions
• Drive governance, quality, and risk management across engagements
• Mentor and develop high-performing analytics and business analysis teams
• Support business development through solution shaping and client presentations
  
  

Experience & Skills

• 12+ years in business analysis, analytics, or digital transformation roles
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience at senior leadership levels
• Expertise in analytics, data engineering, automation, and BI ecosystems
• Exposure to AI/ML, process mining, and advanced analytics use cases
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or relavent experience
