Business Outreach & Data Research Executive

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Outreach & Data Research Executive to support our lead generation and client acquisition activities. The candidate will be responsible for research, database building, outreach communication, and follow-up coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify potential clients and HR contacts
• Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel/CRM tools
• Execute bulk email campaigns using approved templates
• Perform follow-up calls and qualify leads
• Coordinate with the sales/business development team
• Track and update daily outreach activities and reports
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure regular updates

Required Skills

• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience in lead generation or business outreach
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable handling cold calls
• Internet research and data verification skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Any graduate degree
• Experience in IT services / product-based company preferred
