Role: Business Operations Associate | Location : Hybrid

Overview

We are building Future Sportler, a sports-tech platform connecting sports academies, coaches and students, while bringing technology and AI analytics into sports training.

We are looking for two highly driven individuals to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the founding team during a 0 → 1 startup journey.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to experience building a startup from scratch, work closely with founders, and operate across sales, operations, and ecosystem building.

What you’ll be working on

This is a high-ownership, multi-functional role. Over the next 6–7 months, you will work across:

1. Academy Partnerships & Onboarding

• Visit sports academies across Delhi NCR
• Build relationships with academy owners and coaches
• Onboard academies onto the Future Sportler platform
• Help them adopt the CRM and marketplace tools

2. Supplier / Partner Experience

• Manage relationships with onboarded academies
• Resolve operational issues and support their usage of the platform
• Collect feedback and improve product experience
• Generate reports or insights when required by academy partners

3. Ground Operations

• Work closely with founders on market expansion
• Understand real-world problems academies face
• Coordinate between tech, operations, and academy partners

4. Startup Exposure

• You will also get first-hand exposure to:
• Startup operations
• Product feedback loops
• Marketplace building
• Early stage fundraising journey

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in sports or the sports ecosystem
• Comfortable with relationship building and communication
• Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi NCR
• (~50% of the role involves ground visits)
• High ownership mindset and comfort working in an early-stage startup
• Ability to handle both field work and operational tasks

Compensation

• ₹40,000 per month for the initial 6-month period
• We will hire two candidates, and based on performance one will be retained for a long-term role with a revised package
