Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content creation, analytics, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, content-savvy, and up to date with search engine and answer engine trends.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (On-page & Off-page)

Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping

Optimize website pages (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup)

Handle off-page SEO activities: backlinks, guest posts, directory submissions

Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, voice search, and AI-driven search results

Structure content using schema, Q&A formats, and conversational keywords

Improve content visibility in Google snippets and AI answer engines

Content Writing & Optimization

Create SEO-friendly content: blogs, landing pages, website copy, FAQs

Optimize existing content for SEO and AEO performance

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and business goals

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console

Generate weekly/monthly reports on traffic, conversions, and keyword performance

Provide actionable insights based on data

Collaboration & Strategy

Work with design and development teams for SEO implementation

Stay updated with latest SEO, AEO, and Google algorithm changes

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page)

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console

Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and voice search

Excellent content writing and editing skills

Keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HTML, schema markup, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
