Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Koderma Jharkhand, India. The Business Manager will recruit and oversee daily operations, support effective team management, and drive business growth strategies to achieve sales targets. - Experience in sales, business development, and account management
- Client relationship management and customer service skills
- Leadership, team management, and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology to support business operations
- Understanding of the insurance sector and financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in a managerial or similar role is desirable
