Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Manager, based in Kochi. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including team management, project coordination, budgeting, and ensuring efficient use of resources. They will collaborate with different departments to align strategies, implement business plans, and achieve company goals. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating effective communication between all stakeholders.

• Proficiency in business strategy development and project management
• Excellent financial management and budgeting abilities
• Effective communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi and adapt to a dynamic working environment
