Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive based in Madurai. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and nurturing customer relationships. Core duties include making outbound calls, presenting tailored product offerings, understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions. This role requires achieving and exceeding sales targets while upholding exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in customer communication, active listening, and relationship management
  • Experience with tele sales, lead generation, and outbound calling strategies
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in maintaining sales records and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Prior experience in the IT industry or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
