Business Manager (Interior Sales)

Job Title: Business Manager – Interior Design Sales (Individual Contridbutor)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager to join our Interior Design Sales team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their design needs, and converting them into successful projects. You’ll work closely with our design team to present proposals, negotiate, and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and convert leads for residential & commercial interiors.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and pitch design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to prepare proposals & quotations.
• Support negotiations, deal closures & achieve sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth project handover.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing/Interior Design.
• 4+ years’ experience in sales (interior design/modular furniture/real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused.
