Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in a business setting is beneficial.
