Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Visualization Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports using Tableau (Desktop/Server) and Power BI (Desktop/Service).
• Data Modeling & ETL: Connect to diverse data sources, transform data using Power Query, and create optimized data models (star schemas, relationships).
• SQL & Query Optimization: Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and optimize backend queries for performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from business users and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support & Documentation: Maintain, troubleshoot, and document existing reports, data pipelines, and dashboard logic.
• Security & Governance: Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI and manage permissions/security in Tableau Server.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience: 3 - 5 years in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.

BI Tools: Strong, hands-on experience with both Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Tableau (Calculated fields, LOD expressions).

Database: Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, views, stored procedures).

Data Analysis: Strong analytical thinking, data warehousing knowledge, and data validation skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, storytelling, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical users
