Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL preferred).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of quality assurance processes in customer service/financial advisory environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accurate and timely MIS reports on advisor quality performance.
• Trend analysis of avoidable escalations and financial impacts.
• Recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.
• Dashboards for leadership visibility into quality metrics.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
