The role is with a very well known and reputed entertainment chain in India with a yearly turnover of 500+ crores.

Position Summary:

The Head of Operations & Administration is responsible for the comprehensive management of the site, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and exceptional experience to customers. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to overseeing site operations, driving revenue, ensuring health and safety, and leading a dedicated team.

Ideal Candidate should have:

Demonstrates strong business judgment and strategic leadership, with prior accountability for managing a P&L exceeding ₹100 Cr and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Fluent in Kannada (written and spoken – mandatory), with in-depth familiarity with local regulatory bodies. Brings proven experience in sales and marketing, consistently enhancing customer experience benchmarks and performance metrics.

Adept at cultivating and sustaining relationships with government authorities and key external stakeholders. Experienced in coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure superior service standards, while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, IMS guidelines, and all statutory and legal requirements.

KRA's:

Commercial Management (50%):

- Set and manage budgetary and cost control strategies.

- Monitor and analyse financial performance, enhance revenue streams, and control costs.

- Improve overall P&L of the site.

Talent and Team Development (25%):

- Lead and develop staff teams through performance management, training, and professional development.

- Foster a culture of safety, fun, and growth.

Customer Experience and Strategic Vision (25%):

- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction (NP)S and enhance site experience.

- Introduce new events and experiences for site visitors.

- Monitor key performance indicators.
