Business Head – Recruitment & Staffing (P&L Role) 

Company: Rama Infotech Pvt. Ltd. 

Location: Lucknow 

Experience: 12–18 Years 

Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree (any discipline) 


Role Overview 


We are seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale our Staffing & Manpower Outsourcing vertical (IT & Non-IT). 


This is a high-ownership P&L role, responsible for driving revenue, acquiring clients, and establishing a strong execution engine, with full freedom to build and lead the business. 


Key Responsibilities 


Business Development & Growth 


  • Drive end to end client acquisition across corporates, MNCs, and private sector companies  
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline (lead → pitch → closure)  
  • Develop long-term manpower outsourcing contracts and partnerships  
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets  

 


Delivery & Operations 


  • Lead end-to-end bulk hiring projects (sales, field, operational & IT roles)  
  • Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements  
  • Oversee onboarding and candidate lifecycle management  


Team Building & Leadership 


  • Build, hire, and scale recruitment & sales teams from scratch  
  • Define team structure, KPIs, and performance metrics  
  • Drive a high-performance, target-driven culture  

 


P&L Ownership & Authority 


  • Own revenue, profitability, and overall business performance  
  • Full ownership to hire, structure, and scale the team  
  • Drive strategic decisions for business expansion and growth  

 


What We’re Looking For 


  • Proven Experience in staffing / manpower outsourcing / recruitment consulting for MNCs or large clients  
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation  
  • Experience in handling bulk / volume hiring (IT & Non-IT)  
  • Ability to close staffing deals and manage contracts  
  • Prior experience in team handling or business ownership  
  • Strong network with HRs / business stakeholders is an added advantage

  • Revenue generation and profitability growth 
  • Client acquisition & retention 
  • Hiring target achievement & turnaround time (TAT)  
  • Offer-to-joining ratio  
  • Team productivity & efficiency  

 

First 90 Days Expectation 


  • Build a strong client pipeline and initiate meetings  
  • Close 5 new clients / mandates  
  • Set up a core recruitment team  
  • Start execution on active hiring requirements  

 

Business Scope 


  • Focus on building a strong presence across North India, with scope to scale nationally  
  • Work across sectors such as FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Logistics, Telecom, Manufacturing & IT  

 

Compensation 


  • Competitive fixed salary in the range of ₹16–18 Lakhs Per Annum, aligned with experience, leadership capability, and proven business performance.
