Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head to lead and scale our corporate gifting and branding business. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, optimizing operations, and strengthening brand positioning in the market.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with entrepreneurial thinking, capable of managing both strategy and execution in a fast-growing environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue

  • Drive overall revenue targets and profitability
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across B2B segments
  • Identify new market opportunities (corporate, events, exports, institutional sales)
  • Build and manage key client relationships

2. Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end sales funnel (lead generation to closure)
  • Strengthen digital + offline marketing strategies
  • Build strategic alliances and channel partnerships
  • Guide branding initiatives and positioning

3. Operations & Execution

  • Ensure smooth execution of orders and client deliverables
  • Optimize vendor management and supply chain efficiency
  • Improve turnaround times and cost structures
  • Implement scalable systems and processes

4. Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing)
  • Set KPIs and performance benchmarks
  • Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture

5. Strategy & Expansion

  • Define short-term and long-term business roadmap
  • Explore new product lines and categories
  • Lead expansion into new geographies or verticals
  • Drive innovation in customer experience and product offerings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 7–15 years of experience in business leadership / sales / operations
  • Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, branding, FMCG, or similar industries
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and building teams
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
