For millions of Indians, land is their biggest asset, yet managing it remains confusing. Missing records, unclear boundaries, documentation issues, ownership disputes, and a lack of reliable guidance make even simple tasks unnecessarily difficult.
We're changing that. From digital land records and property verification to land demarcation, plot locating, document corrections, buying, selling, and other land-related services, TLB helps individuals make informed decisions with confidence.

About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, understanding their problems, and helping them find the right solution.
This is primarily an inside sales and customer relationship role. Every day, you'll connect with people who have already shown interest in our services, understand their requirements, explain how TLB can help, and guide them through the process.
If you're confident on calls, patient with customers, and know how to build trust over conversations, you'll do well here.
Who You Are
- Fluent spoken Odia is mandatory.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, real estate, or any customer-facing sales role is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Confident explaining solutions over phone calls.
- Comfortable handling customer objections.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Able to manage follow-ups and build long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Do
- Call and qualify inbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements related to land and property.
- Explain TLB's services in a simple, trustworthy manner.
- Help customers choose the right service based on their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain follow-ups until the customer's requirement is resolved.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer interactions.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
