Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, managing lead generation efforts, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, developing innovative strategies, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth. Continuous collaboration across departments and delivering excellent customer service will be a critical part of this role.

Salary: Upto 40k

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate data, and strategize effective business plans
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to target potential clients and understand industry dynamics
• Customer Service experience to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
• Experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
