The ideal candidate should understand modern branding, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and client servicing. Your role will focus on generating leads, building strong client relationships, pitching creative solutions, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, references, cold outreach, social media, and market research

* Identify potential clients in sectors like real estate, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, healthcare, luxury, and local businesses

* Pitch Brand Nxt’s services including:

* Branding

* Advertisement campaigns

* Social media marketing

* Ad shoots & production

* Performance marketing

* Creative strategy

* Influencer collaborations

* Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements deeply

* Create customized proposals and presentations for clients

* Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to deliver effective solutions

* Maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term retention and upselling

* Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets

* Stay updated with branding, advertising, and digital trends

Requirements

* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, branding agency, digital marketing agency, or creative agency

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Understanding of branding, marketing, content, and advertising strategies

* Ability to confidently pitch ideas and close deals

* Good networking and relationship-building skills

* Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented personality

* Experience in handling premium or growth-focused brands is a plus

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM handling preferred
