Role Description

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving the firm's growth and client engagement. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research to identify new opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, analyzing business trends, and supporting the firm's strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent Analytical Skills for identifying trends, assessing business opportunities, and devising effective strategies
• Strong Communication Skills for engaging with clients, presenting ideas, and working collaboratively with teams
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business avenues and enhance client acquisition
• Proficiency in Customer Service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of legal terminology and corporate laws is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work under minimal supervision with excellent organization and multitasking skills
