Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist-Staffing and recruitment based in Noida with flexibility for some remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating business leads, conducting comprehensive market research, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives. The Business Development Specialist will also collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategies and meet company growth.



Experience: Minimum 3 Years in same role.

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate plus lucrative inventives.



Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating business opportunities, interpreting data, and identifying market trends
  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and explore new opportunities
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on maintaining client relationships and addressing their needs effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Previous experience in business development or related fields is preferred.
  • Should have achieved good targets in last organisation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • should be able to generate business from the first month.
