Business Development Specialist (Freelance | Commission-Based)

About the Role:

Raksha Elite Solutions is looking for experienced Business Development Specialists to drive client acquisition on a full-time freelance basis. This role is ideal for self-starters who can independently source, convert, and maintain clients using their own networks and strategies.

Important Note (Read Carefully):

• No fixed salary / stipend initially
• 100% commission-based role
• No company-provided leads, tools, or resources
• You must rely entirely on your own network, database, and outreach methods

Performance-Based Full-Time Opportunity:

• After 6 months of successful performance, if results meet expectations, you will be considered for full-time employment
• Monthly salary and benefits will be discussed at that point
• Performance evaluation will be based on client acquisition, deal closures, and revenue generation

Experience & Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
• Proven ability to generate and close deals independently
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Must have own work setup (laptop, internet, outreach tools)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients independently
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Pitch and sell company services
• Negotiate, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate internally post-deal for smooth onboarding

Compensation Structure:

• Zero base pay initially
• Percentage-based payouts per deal
• Ongoing commission for every successful closure with each client
• Payouts vary based on client quality, deal value, and longevityHigh-value clients = higher percentage payouts
