About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated freshers & experienced to join our Business Development team. You will interact with prospective students, explain our courses, and help them with enrollment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students
• Explain course details, fees, and enrollment process
• Follow up on leads generated from digital campaigns
• Convert interested leads into enrollments
• Update lead details in CRM

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn sales and customer handling
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
