We're Hiring a Business Development Specialist

Location: Noida

Experience: 3+ years

Work Mode: Hybrid


We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Professional to lead targeted outbound growth initiatives. This is an end-to-end sales role, focused on identifying high-value accounts, driving personalized outreach through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and multi-channel prospecting, and converting opportunities into qualified sales conversations.

The ideal candidate should be skilled at engaging decision-makers, building strong pipelines, and driving consistent business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute highly targeted outbound campaigns for strategic accounts and ICPs.
  • Use LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn marketing strategies to connect with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and manage outbound sequences across LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other outbound channels.
  • Conduct cold calling and business development conversations to qualify leads, nurture opportunities, and move them through the sales cycle.
  • Research target companies, map stakeholders, and create personalized messaging.
  • Work closely with leadership and sales teams to refine account lists and outreach playbooks.
  • Track campaign performance, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of outreach activities.
  • Continuously test new outbound methods to improve conversion and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in business development, lead generation, and end-to-end B2B sales.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of strategic outbound prospecting and account mapping.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting, and LinkedIn marketing workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Ability to craft personalized and persuasive messaging.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

Preferred Background

  • Experience selling IT services, staffing, or offshore development services.
  • Expertise with US market.
  • Prior experience working with founders, startups, or enterprise accounts.
