Kareer Coach is adding to a team of expert closers. Not to fill a seat — to raise the floor. The person who joins here is someone the team will feel.

The leads are warm. The product changes lives. What the team needs is a closer who can take a genuinely interested family and get them across the line — every time.

What you earn

Fixed: ₹3.6–4.2 LPA.  Stable. On time. Every month.

OTE: ₹7 LPA.  Your number when you are hitting targets consistently. Not a stretch — a realistic take-home for someone who closes.

Incentives: Uncapped.  Performance tiers unlock additional bonuses as your consistency builds. No ceiling.

What you will do

Warm leads come in. Students, families, individuals at real decision points. Your job is to convert genuine interest into committed enrolments.

  • Run real discovery conversations — find the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
  • Present the right Kareer Coach programme for that specific person, from entry-level to high-ticket.
  • Handle objections — budget, family pressure, fear of commitment. These are your territory.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder calls — sometimes the student, sometimes the parents, sometimes both.
  • Follow up with intent. You know the difference between a no and a not yet.
  • Own your pipeline and CRM. Your numbers tell the story of your business.
  • Hit your enrollment targets — daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Raise the bar on a floor that already knows how to close.


Who this is for

2–5 years in sales — EdTech, overseas education, study abroad, or any high-consideration B2C sale where the buyer thinks hard before saying yes.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi — you switch mid-conversation without thinking.
  • Worked warm inbound leads. Your conversion rate is something you are proud of.
  • Can hold a room when the student is unsure and the parent is sceptical — simultaneously.
  • Your worst weeks are still solid. Your best weeks are the ones people remember.
  • CRM is how you run your day, not what you do at the end of it.
  • You handle rejection without letting it reset your energy.
  • Based in Greater Noida West or ready to be. Five days a week, in person.


What puts you at the top:

  • You have sold high-consideration products and understand the psychology of that decision.
  • You have navigated family-involved sales — you know how to bring a parent along without losing the student.
  • People on the floor come to you when they are stuck.
