Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Specialist to drive sales, expand our customer base, and ensure smooth delivery operations. This role combines sales, client management, and delivery coordination to provide excellent service and grow BFV’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for BFV products (fresh fruits, vegetables, farm produce).
• Pitch products to retailers, distributors, HoReCa, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, ensuring orders reach clients on time and in good condition.
• Resolve delivery or quality issues and provide feedback to improve operations.
• Maintain accurate client, sales, and delivery records.
• Report daily/weekly sales performance and delivery status.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for smooth workflow.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree (Business, Marketing, Agriculture preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (Agri, FMCG, food supply preferred).
• Knowledge of delivery/logistics coordination is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field sales.
• Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
• Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.
