Job Description

This role focuses on generating qualified leads through targeted LinkedIn, email, and cold calling campaigns for our GPU rendering and AI infrastructure services. The ideal candidate excels in high-volume, personalized outreach to VFX studios, AI companies, and tech enterprises.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily outbound campaigns: 50-100 LinkedIn connections/messages, 30-50 personalized emails, and 40-60 cold calls targeting ICPs like animation studios and AI developers.
  • Build and enrich prospect lists using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales tools; maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot or similar.
  • Craft A/B tested messaging sequences for multi-touch outreach (LinkedIn InMail, email nurtures, follow-up calls) to achieve 10-15% reply rates and 5-10 weekly meetings.
  • Qualify leads via discovery calls, handle objections, and hand off SQLs to account executives with full context.
  • Track KPIs including meetings booked, pipeline value, reply rates, and conversion to opportunities; report weekly via dashboards.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 1+ years proven track record in LinkedIn outreach (Sales Navigator mastery), cold email campaigns (Lemlist/Reply.io), and cold calling with metrics like 5+ meetings/week.
