Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for a Business Development Specialist. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective clients. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, collaborating on strategies for client engagement, delivering presentations to showcase services, and maintaining a pipeline of potential business opportunities. The role also involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Qualifications

Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and seize business opportunities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and identifying growth strategies
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work effectively in team environments
Background in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and IT solutions is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
