We’re now looking for a sharp, driven, and growth-oriented Business Development Associate to join our New Delhi team and play a key role in acquiring, engaging, and delighting clients.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you’ll support and execute the agency’s client acquisition strategy, help nurture potential leads, and play a pivotal role in expanding our fashion and lifestyle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial calling and qualification of leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, audits and commercial documents
• Manage end-to-end sales backend operations including contracts, documentation and onboarding
• Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to structure client solutions
• Maintain CRM, track leads and manage sales reporting and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients post-closure to ensure smooth handover and execution kickoff
• Support revenue growth initiatives and optimize sales processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (internships welcome!)
• Passion for e-commerce, especially in the fashion or luxury space
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with new people
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn is a plus
