Business Development Executive – Zaillor (AI Startup)


Location: Noida (Delhi NCR)

Zaillor is an early-stage AI startup building in the AI visibility space. We help businesses understand how they show up inside platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini & Claude and improve their chances of being recommended by AI. Search is changing fast. AI is becoming the default way people discover products and services. We’re building the tools and services that help companies stay visible in that shift.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of revenue generation from day one. This is not a typical sales role. You will work directly with the founder, help shape the sales motion, and close early customers. If you’re someone who enjoys building from scratch, figuring things out, and driving outcomes, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers (founders, marketers, SMBs)
  • Drive the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → closing
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads
  • Run product demos and explain Zaillor clearly to non-technical users
  • Experiment with different outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Build early partnerships and referral channels
  • Help define and improve the overall sales strategy


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development / sales (preferably in a startup or SaaS environment)
  • Strong communication skills (you should be able to explain new concepts simply)
  • High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage chaos
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
  • Hustle and persistence — you don’t give up after a few follow-ups


Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or tech products
  • Exposure to startups or early-stage companies
  • Basic understanding of AI / SaaS / marketing tools


Compensation

  • Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
  • ESOPs will be offered based on performance and long-term contribution
