Role Description

The full-time on-site role of Business Development Manager is based in Dehradun. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and strategizing ways to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to present tailor-made design and digital marketing solutions, pitch innovative services such as VDGD and VDOC, and contribute to the company's business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and capture opportunities.
Proficiency in business strategy development, market research, and competitor analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Understanding of design services, digital marketing, and emerging trends in creative technology.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and basic knowledge of VDOC or similar platforms is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Prior experience in business development or sales, especially within the design or creative industries, is preferred.
