Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing, result-driven sales professional at BluetechIP who has hands-on experience navigating the North American Intellectual Property (IP) and Legal tech landscape. If you thrive in a target-oriented environment and understand the nuances of international B2B consulting, we want to talk to you.
- This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between technical IP services and strategic client needs, building long-term partnerships with law firms and corporations across the US and Canada.
- Drive Growth: Identify and capture new business opportunities for our IP research and analysis services across North America.
- End-to-End Sales: Lead the complete sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting and lead generation to high-value contract closures.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute targeted campaigns via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry networking to connect with IP Attorneys and R&D heads.
- Client Advocacy: Represent BluetechIP in high-level consultations, presenting our technical expertise in patent searches, FTO, and analytics.
- Global Alignment: Manage meetings and presentations aligned with North American time zones to ensure seamless client communication
- Experience: 4–7 years in Business Development or International Sales (Experience in IP Services, KPO, or Legal Tech is a major plus).
- Market Expertise: Proven track record of successfully closing deals within the US and Canadian markets.
- Sales Acumen: Strong expertise in B2B client acquisition strategies and complex solution selling.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to articulate technical value propositions clearly.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM platforms and outbound sales automation tools.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a "founder’s mentality" who takes full ownership of their targets.
