Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This full-time, hybrid role is located in Delhi. Key responsibilities include market research, generating leads, developing proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing presentations, tracking performance metrics, and identifying strategic opportunities for expansion and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
  • Generate staffing and consulting opportunities for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions
  • Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and business meetings
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including market research, lead generation, and negotiation
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, staffing, or account management preferred
  • Proven ability in relationship building and client management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in sales strategies, goal setting, and achieving revenue targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with IT recruitment and staffing is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar business development or sales role
