We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across B2B and B2C markets, manage a team of sales executives, and develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and market presence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) segments
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring target achievement and performance improvement
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, motivation, and guidance
  • Implement creative sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead conversion
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and finalize contracts
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) for smooth execution
  • Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, and update CRM systems


Roles & Responsibilities (Solar Industry)
  • Handle both residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (B2B) solar clients
  • Generate leads and convert them into solar projects
  • Explain ROI, cost savings, and subsidy benefits to customers
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical/installation teams
  • Ensure timely project closure and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech Electrical or BBA/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field


Experience
  • 4+year in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in handling B2B & B2C sales
  • Prior experience in team handling is preferred
