Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training centers. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, contribute to sales and growth strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Regular reporting on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics is expected.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and sales negotiations.
- Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategy development for education or skill development services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple accounts and projects, with effective time management and follow-through.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or similar postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in vocational training, education, or related sectors is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and partnership activities as required.
