Role Description
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
