Role Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance updates.
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven approach.
