Job Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager – US Staffing (Hunter Role)
Location: Remote / Hybrid - Delhi
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – EST)
Experience: 5+ Years (Hardcore US Staffing Sales)
Mandatory Requirement:
- Must have active client relationships / own client base in US Staffing
- Proven ability to generate business independently without support
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing sales hunter in the US Staffing space who can open doors, win clients, and drive revenue aggressively. If you thrive on targets, closures, and building strong client pipelines, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by bringing in direct clients for US Staffing (IT & Non-IT)
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into revenue
- Establish and expand direct client relationships (no dependency on MSP/VMS)
- Negotiate aggressively on rates, contracts, and terms to maximize margins
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure fast delivery and closures
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven track record in US Staffing Sales / Business Development
- Strong experience acquiring direct clients (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills
- Deep understanding of the US staffing market and pricing models
- Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
