🎬 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – reelOn

reelOn is looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong background in the film industry — preferably a Casting Director, Associate Casting Director, or someone with hands-on industry experience.

If you understand how the entertainment ecosystem works and have strong industry connections, this role is for you.

📍 Location: Bengaluru

🕒 Type: Full-Time

CTC :- Upto 4.5 Lakhs

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Production Houses, Casting Agencies, Film Studios, and Industry Professionals
• Visit film academies, acting schools, dance/music institutes, and other creative hubs to onboard talent and partnerships
• Identify and onboard casting opportunities, projects, and collaborations
• Conduct direct outreach via calls and in-person meetings
• Act as a bridge between industry requirements and reelOn platform users
• Develop strategies to expand ReelOn’s presence in the film ecosystem

🎯 Requirements:

• Must have experience in Casting (Director/Associate) or any film-related role
• Strong network within the film and entertainment industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel and meet industry professionals regularly
• Self-driven and proactive in outreach and partnerships
