LEVENUS PROMAXX VENTURES PVT. LTD. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our civil construction services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in both B2C (individual plot owners) and B2B segments such as commercial projects, institutions, hospitals, hotels, and builders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
- Generate leads from individual land/plot owners and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and property owners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new projects.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and project proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project acquisition and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and maintain reports on lead generation and conversion.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and project lifecycle is preferred.
- Ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
