Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and fostering business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth strategies of the company. The candidate will also be responsible for presenting and negotiating proposals, understanding and analyzing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored aviation solutions. Additionally, they will monitor market trends and maintain knowledge of regulations and industry practices to stay ahead in the competitive aviation environment.

Qualifications
  • Business development and relationship management skills for identifying and nurturing client connections.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions and proposals.
  • Knowledge of aviation regulations, compliance, and industry standards for working efficiently with regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving expertise to contribute to organizational growth and client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to drive informed decision-making and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, client-focused solutions.
  • Experience in the aviation industry or relevant sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, aviation management, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at handling a dynamic work environment.
