Role Description

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for critical infrastructure and technology? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client—an international leader in delivering solutions for data centers, communication networks, healthcare, and industrial facilities.


As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new B2B opportunities and projects.
  • Prepare and manage offers, tenders, and service contracts.
  • Oversee project execution from sale to handover.
  • Collaborate closely with internal service engineers and external partners.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations and marketing activities.
  • Track performance and prepare monthly and annual sales reports.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and long-term business goals.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a related technical field.
  • Background in electrical engineering (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and independent approach.
  • Experience in tendering and preparing technical/financial documentation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid IT/user-level computer skills.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
