Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager specializing in the Oil & Gas sector to join our team at the Delhi region office. Preference will be given for those person who have an experience of handling PSU customers in Oil &Gas segment alongwith private PMC and LSTK companies. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the oil and gas sector. Tasks include market research, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including market analysis, opportunity identification, and new account acquisition
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, conducting negotiations, and closing deals
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including industry trends and technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and achieve targets in a dynamic environment
  • Proven project management and organizational abilities
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in industrial sales or business development is highly desirable
