Job Description
Location: Sriperumbudur/Chennai
What You'll Do
• Hunt: Identify and map enterprises in your corridor—fulfillment centers, manufacturing
plants, 3PLs, quick commerce hubs. Build a pipeline of 50+ prospects.
• Pitch: Sell the Nia retention story: 85% retention vs 40% industry. Position housing-
linked workers as lower-attrition, higher-productivity hires.
• Close: Negotiate commercial terms. Target: ₹1,500 ARPU per Flow placement. Secure
monthly hiring mandates with volume commitments.
• Onboard: Coordinate with JCOs to match enterprise requirements with resident profiles.
Ensure smooth deployment within 7 days of mandate.
• Retain: Own enterprise relationship post-deployment. Track 30-day retention. Expand
wallet share with upsells and renewals.
• Intel: Feed market intelligence back to HQ—wage benchmarks, competitor moves,
seasonal hiring patterns, new facility announcements.
You Are
• A closer who thrives on enterprise sales with 3-6 month cycles
• Comfortable navigating HR heads, plant managers, and staffing vendors
• Data-literate—can build pipeline trackers, forecast conversions, report on funnel health
• 2-5 years in B2B sales, staffing, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS
