Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Chennai. The responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role also involves managing new client acquisition, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring smooth communication during project execution. Additionally, the manager will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with strong negotiation and networking skills
• Knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising solutions including signage and printing
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational capabilities and ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently
• Analytical and planning skills to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies
• Familiarity with the signage and printing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
