Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Noida. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building partnerships, negotiating deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in promoting our E-Learning solutions and expanding our market presence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiations
  • Experience with Proposal Writing, Presentations, and Business Analytics
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with the E-Learning, education, or multimedia industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
