Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand and manage college and corporate partnerships. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, relationship management, and partnership closures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations
  • Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Engage with TPOs, HR teams, and key decision-makers
  • Drive lead generation, conversions, and long-term collaborations
  • Represent the company in partnership discussions, meetings, and events
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets


Eligibility & Experience

  • MBA / BBA OR any degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
