Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand and manage college and corporate partnerships. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, relationship management, and partnership closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations
- Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Engage with TPOs, HR teams, and key decision-makers
- Drive lead generation, conversions, and long-term collaborations
- Represent the company in partnership discussions, meetings, and events
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Eligibility & Experience
- MBA / BBA OR any degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for growth
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
