Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division entails market research, lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and crafting tailored solutions aligned with client needs. Key responsibilities include creating business strategies, preparing proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing Mastrion India at industry events to promote its flagship offerings, such as BESS.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Expertise in Business Strategy, Business Planning, and Proposal Development
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Circle Relationship Management
  • Market Intelligence & New Business Development
  • Coordination with clusters & circles on operational aspects (commissioning, product support, etc.)
  • Driving solution-based & value selling approach
  • Outstanding Management
  • Support in project execution
  • Material forecasting & planning
