Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client base for EASA Elevators in the Ludhiana/Amritsar region. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to increase market presence. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales and business development, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Skills in market research and lead generation to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Experience in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Ability to achieve and surpass sales targets with a results-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with the elevator or construction industry is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and understanding of the regional market in Ludhiana/Amritsar is highly desirable.
