Job Description:

Role: Business Development Manager – International Marketing (Formulations) – LATAM

Location: Hyderabad (with frequent international travel)

Department: International Business / Global Markets

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Business Administration/ MBA in International Marketing


Key Responsibilities:

Market Development:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for LATAM markets.
  • Identify and onboard distributors, partners, and local marketing companies.
  • Expand market presence for pharmaceutical formulations portfolio.


Business Expansion:

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage tenders, product registrations, and commercialization strategies.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and supply contracts.


Distributor & Partner Management:

  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in LATAM.
  • Conduct regular market visits and business reviews with partners.
  • Provide product training and marketing support.


Regulatory & Product Strategy:

  • Work closely with regulatory teams for product registrations in LATAM countries.
  • Identify product opportunities based on local market demand.
  • Support lifecycle management of registered products.


Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
  • Identify new product opportunities and market entry strategies.


Travel:

  • Travel extensively across LATAM countries for partner meetings, conferences, and market development activities.


Key Markets:

Latin American region including but not limited to:


Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Central American markets
