Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to drive sales of unlisted equities and pre-IPO opportunities through extensive outbound calling, proactive deal origination, and sustained client engagement. The role emphasizes prospecting, pipeline management, and converting investor leads into transactions while meeting individual sales quota and OTR/OTE targets. You will be expected to use CRM tools to manage leads and reporting, ensure KYC and regulatory compliance, and coordinate deal execution across internal teams.

- Make extensive outbound calls (80–120 calls per day) to prospective and existing investors to drive prospecting, lead generation and deal origination.
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads for investment in unlisted equities, unlisted shares and pre-IPO opportunities, including sourcing and initial deal screening.
- Educate clients about investment opportunities, pricing, and potential returns in the unlisted market and communicate expected OTR/OTE outcomes where relevant.
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized outreach and robust CRM-managed touchpoints.
- Convert leads into successful transactions and achieve monthly revenue targets; consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quota and contribute to team OTR/OTE goals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), keep pipeline and activity reports up to date, and use CRM for lead scoring and forecasting.
- Coordinate with the research and operations team for deal execution, due diligence and documentation; support deal origination and handoffs to operations for settlement.
- Stay updated with market trends, IPO pipeline, unlisted share opportunities and actively contribute market intelligence and deal sourcing ideas.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML checks and accurate investor documentation.
- Strong telecalling and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth and retail investors.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and rejection, resilient and target-driven.
- Good understanding of equity markets / financial products, specifically experience with unlisted equities and pre-IPO transactions (preferred).
- Target-oriented with strong sales closing ability; proven track record of meeting sales quota and delivering on OTR/OTE targets.
- Excellent relationship management and follow-up skills, CRM proficiency, familiarity with KYC/AML processes and experience in deal origination or deal sourcing.
